Guatemalan hot chili sauce

3-4 large tomatoes
1 large or 2 small miltomatoes
1 large onion
2 large jalapeno
Small bunch cilantro

1. Boil tomatoes, miltomatoes, jalapenos. About 15-20 mins or until larger tomatoes are soft.
2. Dice onion and cilantro place in small bowl set aside.
3. When everything is boiled, drain and place in a blender and add a small palm full of salt. Blend until liquid and pour over onions and cilantro and stir until mixed. Cover and let cool until room temp before placing in the fridge. Will keep for up to 4-5 days. Use over rice, meats, chili rellenos (see my recipe) or eggs etc.
