Mexican style shredded beef

 I made this today and it was so good even my husband commented how good it was. Try it you can watch my youtube video by following the link below.



Ingredients:
2-3 lb chuck beef roast
1 medium onion minced
4 garlic cloves minced
4 pickled jalapenos
3-4 T pickled jalapeno juice
2 T oil
2 T chili powder
1 T cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Aluminum foil 3 sheets 
Disposable pan

Instructions:
1. Mince all onion, garlic and jalapenos and add all other ingredients except beef to bowl and mix well.
2. Wash beef and take 2 sheets of foil and place the beef in the middle and rub with the mixture. Wrap the foil around the beef. 
3. Take the last sheet of foil and place the previously wrapped beef in that one and wrap it up also. Now place in the disposable pan.
4. Preheat oven to 325f once hot add beef cook for 4-4.5 hours. Remove there will be juice inside do not discard! Shred the beef. Use it for tacos, over rice or potatoes etc. Hopefully you like it and comment below what you think. Subscribe, like and share please. Thanks.
